Tina Dico - Count to Ten

Tina Dico's father was a passionate record collector and someone who used sophisticated hi-fi technology to create audiophile enjoyment. His daughter not only influenced this music in the form of music consumption, but she did what all parents want their children to do. She became a doer, playing music in a band from the age of 15.

Born in 1977, the singer/songwriter won several competitions at the age of 20 and released her first record on her own label "Finest Grammophone", which she founded in 2000. I wonder if the name has anything to do with her father's passion for hi-fi?

A hit that has become particularly well known in Germany thanks to Inas Nacht, the Danish singer who is not only successful in Denmark, is the song "Count to Ten" from the 2007 album of the same name, in which she sings about the fact that you should sometimes pause before you judge, give up, understand nothing, say something or make a decision in any other way. Just count to ten and then everything makes sense.

Here is first a version with Jonathan Kluth, then from Inas Nacht from 2009 and finally the story of how the album came about. Have fun!
