These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts for the delivery of goods between The Beauty of Sound GmbH and a customer. Deviating customer conditions do not become part of the contract.
The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer. By placing your order, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation. As our products are manufactory items, we produce each piece individually to order.
All prices include statutory VAT. Delivery and installation in Switzerland are included in the price. Additional shipping costs will be charged for deliveries abroad.
As each product is manufactured individually, the delivery time is approximately 8–12 weeks after order confirmation. We deliver and install the product at your home. An exact delivery date will be communicated in the order confirmation.
The statutory warranty rights apply. We are liable for defects in accordance with the legal provisions of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. As our products are custom-made to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal expires once production has begun, provided the customer has expressly agreed to production.
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN CISG. The place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
