Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party nominated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

Important note on custom items: Since our Sarasvati audio furniture is manufactured individually to your specifications (colour, wood type, dimensions), the right of withdrawal expires once production has begun, provided you have expressly agreed to production. This will be expressly confirmed during the ordering process.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email):

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
