Province - Is that enough for you?

From the German province an honest announcement about the end of a relationship. Everything is always nice and exciting at first. Butterflies in your stomach and all that. But then.....
Province - Is that enough for you?

Extinguished is probably the word to describe the feelings that the protagonist in this song still has for his partner. Uninterested, he watches as the sad realization sinks in that the relationship is now over and with "Is that enough for you" he asks whether she would rather be lied to permanently and the relationship should be based on this lie or whether it wouldn't be better to end the relationship, after all, she's not losing anything anymore.

The four guys from Ravensburg sing this to us in their own style and with a drama (yes I know, I love dramatic songs) that sweeps you away. In an ancient Mercedes Benz and in black and white, we can see references to the province on Lake Constance in the official video.

"Watch yourself sympathetically
Play to yourself how sorry I am
List the sentences that people say
Tears stream down your face
Come on, it's not that bad
Say, what are you losing, mh, mh?

And the last sip is warm and tastes bitter
The last puff burns like it always does
The last sip is warm and tastes bitter
It's warm and tastes bitter
And if I told you how much I love you
Then that would be a lie - but is that enough for you, is that enough for you, mh, mh?"
