Yes, absolutely! We offer three options:

• Test listening at your home: Free and non-binding. This way you can test the sound in your environment.
• Showroom appointment: By advance booking in selected locations
• Binaural Recording: As a first orientation, you can listen to our binaural recordings with headphones

The manufacturing time is typically 8-12 weeks from order confirmation. Since each Sarasvati is individually manufactured, the time may vary depending on configuration and workload.

We will inform you of the exact delivery date upon order confirmation. We keep you updated on the progress during manufacturing.

Delivery is not simply via parcel service – we personally bring your Sarasvati audio furniture, professionally install it, and instruct you in its operation.

• Germany, Austria: Distance-dependent between CHF 100 and CHF 300

Yes, definitely! Installation and instruction are essential parts of our service. You should plan about 2 hours and be comfortable asking questions.

Sarasvati audio furniture has numerous connection options:

Multiple devices can be permanently connected - you simply switch between them.

Yes, with any modern TV! Most TVs have an optical (Toslink) output. This connects directly to Sarasvati. Your TV sound then plays through the high-quality Sarasvati speakers.

During installation, we connect everything and make sure it works properly.

Yes! Sarasvati has an RCA (Cinch) input. You can connect your turntable directly.

Important: If you have a turntable without a built-in pre-amplifier, you'll need an external pre-amplifier. We're happy to advise you on this.

The volume can be controlled in several ways:

• Rotary knob on the furniture: Directly on the device
• Your TV remote: Via HDMI-ARC or optical connection
• Smartphone/Tablet: When playing via Bluetooth

Bluetooth also works without internet - it's a direct connection between your device and Sarasvati.

Sarasvati is designed as a standalone solution and doesn't support multi-room or surround configurations. Each Sarasvati is optimized for stereo playback with impressive spatial sound - precisely because of the upward-firing speaker arrangement.

Care is simple:

• Wood surface: Wipe with a damp (not wet!) cloth. For oiled surfaces, occasionally re-oil. For lacquered surfaces, optionally polish.
• Speaker cloth: Carefully vacuum or brush off dust
• Electronics: Keep ventilation openings dust-free

You'll receive detailed care instructions upon delivery.

The speaker cloth can be carefully cleaned:

• Occasionally remove dust (soft cloth or brush. Be careful with vacuum cleaners!)
• No liquids on fabric or membranes

We offer comprehensive warranty:

• 5 years on all mechanical components of the furniture
• 3 years on all electronic components and speakers
• 2 years on surfaces with normal use

Additionally, we offer lifetime support for all our customers. You can ask us questions even after the warranty expires.

In case of a defect:

Within the warranty period, you pay at most the shipping fees or travel costs.

Yes! This is very important to us:

• Wooden parts can be re-manufactured. There may naturally be slight color differences
• Speakers can be replaced
• Electronics can be exchanged or possibly upgraded

A Sarasvati is furniture for life – even in 20 years.

We produce after payment receipt:

• Advance payment/Bank transfer: to our bank account

For manufactory products, a down payment of up to 100% is usually due upon order confirmation, the rest upon delivery.

Important: Since Sarasvati audio furniture is individually manufactured according to your wishes (custom-made), there is no legal right of withdrawal.
